By accessing and using BarcodeReady ("Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

BarcodeReady provides users with access to an online barcode generation tool and related educational resources. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that BarcodeReady assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:
• generate barcodes for illegal purposes or fraud
• impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BarcodeReady expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

BarcodeReady makes no warranty that (i) the barcodes generated will be accurate or scannable by all hardware/software (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that BarcodeReady shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Website, such as source code, graphics, text, logos, icons, and interface design, is the intellectual property of BarcodeReady and is protected by copyright laws. Barcodes and PDF files generated by users can be used by them without restrictions for commercial and private purposes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon their publication on the Website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
